Artful acts of self-return.
What to expect
Step into a bright studio in downtown Vancouver Olympic Village and spend a morning with Sharon Storoschuk and Chantal Gagnon exploring the potent intersection of art-making and inner listening. Using playful mark-making, guided visualisation, and gentle somatic prompts, we’ll show you how to quiet the outside noise so your intuition can speak through your hands and onto the page.
Why This Matters
Many of us long for deeper self-trust, yet perfectionism and self-criticism keep our inner voice muffled. Creative practice – especially when done for process, not product – offers a powerful shortcut past old blocks. By embracing raw lines, splashes, smudges, and spontaneous gestures, you give yourself permission to be perfectly imperfect, compassionate, and courageously vulnerable.
You’ll Leave With
A repeatable toolkit of low-pressure art prompts to ignite intuition anywhere.
A felt experience of self-kindness and emotional release.
Fresh confidence to show up, messy edges and all, in life, work, and relationships.
Perfect For
Anyone craving reconnection with their creative spark or inner compass – no art background needed. If you can hold a pen, you belong here.

What people are saying
Chantal and Sharon created a heart-led, intentional space that felt safe and inspiring. Their workshop invited us to tap into our inner artist, dive deep into reflection, and emerge with meaningful clarity. It was beautifully held, thoughtfully designed, and so much fun. I’m grateful for the experience and their authentic leadership.
